If customers need to return a product(s) purchased from kms cosmetics, please contact us through contact page or email us at (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund for any money that you have paid us for the product(s).
We will only accept the returned goods under the conditions that the products have been unopened and thus unused, in addition to providing the original receipt of purchase.
Customers who are returning goods must pay for the return postage.
If customers need to refund or exchange a product(s) due to being faulty or incorrect, please contact us through contact page or email at (email@example.com) within 7 days and we will arrange a refund for any money that you have paid us for the product(s), or a replacement.
We will only accept the refunded goods under the conditions that the products are either faulty or incorrect (products that you did not order). Original receipt of purchase will have to be provided.
Items to be refunded or exchanged should be sent back to us asap, and we will refund you for your postage costs if you include proof of postage from Royal Mail.
Please note that gel polishes and polishes cannot be refunded unless the product is damaged or defective. Any refunds on these items will need to be authorised before sending back. Please contact us for refund requests.
Please note that we will not be held liable (whether directly or indirectly) of any costs, loses or damages incurred by the customer or any other person(s) or companies occurring from the returned items until they have reached us. As a result, we suggest that customers use a secure method of delivery, preferably one that requires a signature.
